Price is firm. We are selling our 2014 BMW i3 Rex. It's in great condition and has recently been inspected (10/2018). We are the original owners and purchased the car new in 2014 after participating for 2 years in the BMW ActiveE beta program (that car was a modified 1-series w/ electric drive). As part of participating in that program, the i3 is an "Electronaut Edition" vehicle. Essentially, it has some unique badging around the vehicle. Kelley Blue Book value suggests private party sales price of $14,682. Original MSRP was $48,425 (as configured; see full configuration in Monroney label/window sticker picture) when new, but we leased for 3 years before purchasing the car in Fall 2017. It still has the following warranties remaining on it: 8-year/100,000-mile High-Voltage Battery Warranty and 12-year Rust Perforation Limited Warranty. It has been our daily driver, but we have also taken it on trips as far away as 300+ miles by using the advantages of the Range Extender; with 2 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Practical, real world range is about ~75mi on EV and ~150mi w/ Rex. It does is DC Fast Charging capable (Combo Charger), but we haven't used it much, mostly relying on Rex gas refilling for longer trips. Car comes with a Level 1 (110V) charger, but recommend purchasing a Level 2 charger for <$500 that can plug into a "dryer" type outlet (240V, 30A). It's been a great car, very zippy between 10-45 mph, but we recently purchased a newer EV. All transactions MUST be through Ebay. The vehicle is located in Sterling, MA 01564 (north of Worcester).
