Vehicle Detail

Bringing Classic and Collectable Car Buyers Honda of Japan introduced the CB750 motorcycle to the US and European markets in 1969 after experiencing success with their smaller motorcycles. The bike was targeted directly at the US market. Under development for a year, the CB750 offered two unprecedented features, a front disc brake and a transverse straight-4 engine with an overhead cam, neither of which was previously available on a mainstream, affordable production bike. These two features, along with the introductory price of US$1,495, gave the CB750 a considerable advantage over its competition, particularly its British rivals. Cycle magazine called the CB750 "the most sophisticated production bike ever" upon its introduction. Cycle World called it a masterpiece, highlighting Honda's painstaking durability testing, the bike's 120 mph (190 km/h) top speed, and the fade-free performance of the braking, the comfortable ride and excellent instrumentation. The Discovery Channel ranked the Honda CB750 third among the top ten greatest motorbikes of all time Up for auction is this TOP SHELF 1976 Honda CB750K with only 22,925 (at time of pictures) original miles. This machine is a two owner bike and has been well maintained bike since new. The sport bike is an all original machine with the factory Candy Antares Red color and as you can see from the pictures looks fantastic, even the frame has been touched up in a few spots. This engine starts and runs as new, nice and smooth. Both front and rear tires are brand new and original style. The clutch and transmission work like new. New fork seals, new fork oil, with both new fork boots. All of the electrical system works great. Speedometer and tachometer work and look great. The carbs were removed, completely cleaned, new carb kits installed, then adjusted and synchronized. This machine runs and rides as new. The fuel tank is very clean inside, and coated with P O R - 15 fuel tank coating and ready for years of riding. It has all new grips, all new cables and a complete all new exhaust system. This machine has been completely serviced and checked over from front to back. We can ship it anywhere, and very reasonable.
