1950 Ford F1 Pickup This is an easy project that once completed would bring $20K+. Born and raised in California, this truck saw regular duty in the farms and ranches of the Central Valley around Stockton. I bought it in 1995, cleaned it up & rebuilt the engine, drove it daily around the Bay Area, then moved it to Massachusetts in 2000 where it lived a very light duty, always-garaged life of ice cream trips and Christmas tree runs. It was disassembled and prepped for a major bodywork/restoration project in 2009, …but kids, work and college tuition demands intervened. It’s now your turn! VERY minor rust – a perfect starting point: 50’s F1’s all rust in the same places, but this one is VERY solid and I’ve done quite a bit of work finding a complete set of replacement sheet metal for the rest.• Lower cab corners and floor are solid • Bed sides & front - dings from use, but no rust• 2 Sets of front fenders – a repairable original set + a minimal rust used set• NEW sheet mental for front lower fenders and valence, high quality patch panels for the area where the fronts meet the running board.• 2 Sets of rear fenders – a repairable original set + minimal rust used set• 2 Sets of running boards – the banged up originals + a straight rust-free set from Arizona• Hood & grill panel - minor dings with minimal rustl• 2 nose sheet metal parts – 1 original and 1 fatigue-crack free Other work that’s been done:• 12V conversion• New springs, shackles and mounts front and rear• Rebuilt 302 with approx. 20K miles, C6 automatic• Newer rubber seals on all doors & windows• New master cylinder and brake lines, newer wheel cylinders, pads & drums• 4 New shocks & rubber bushings.• Newer custom stainless exhaust It comes with everything you need:• All original reparable sheet metal + better condition used replacements• All trim and front end sheet metal parts• Front bumper• Repair manual Notice to Bidders - the usual eBay Motors boilerplate: • I reserve the right to end an auction early and this truck will be immediately ready pick up upon sale.• Deposit: A non-refundable $500 deposit is required within 48 hours of winning the auction.
