The car was auctioned off at the end of the model year. I flew to Detroit and picked the car up from a local dealer with 18,000 miles on it. Whelan equipped the car at the factory and it was used to show departments the car and great equipment. It has never seen police work and has been garage kept. This car has been a fire chief’s car in a small community for the past 6 years. It responded to about 3500 runs during that time. All the radios and equipment was maintained professionally by Land Mobile Company. They also have removed the radio equipment but have left the lights and controller. I have recently upgraded to a new Ford Interceptor.
