It cites major frame damage which is completely untrue and not to be trusted. The car was involved in a minor sideswipe with repairs totaling $3,800, most of which was the Auto Dimming mirror. There is not, nor has there ever been any structural damage done to this car. Finally, there is absolutely no evidence of this ever happening on the car. I have attached a link to a copy of a CARFAX I obtained which tells the real story and is far more thorough. If you are a serious buyer, I will happily pay for you to obtain your own CARFAX. Up for sale is our very rare equipped E90 M3 sedan with a manual gearbox. Painted in Jerez Black with a Fox Red interior, the color profile is striking, yet subdued. Brakes, Oil, Coolant, and alignment freshly completed. There is very little to no cosmetic damage on the interior. The plastic trim on the steering wheel has begun to bubble a little bit as you will see on nearly every e90 chassis. As for the exterior, There is one small scratch on the hood above the BMW Roundel and a scuff at the top center of the rear bumper presumably from parallel parking, and the top seal above the windshield is beginning to fall apart from the sun, but noes not leak at all. This is also very common on this platform. Mechanically, Everything functions as it should. Rod bearings were done @ 62k Miles. The shifter is tight and notchy, clutch is butter smooth on engagement with excellent pedal feel. the suspension makes no squeaks, creaks, or rattles. As seen in the pictures, the engine bay is clean and free from any leaks. The bottom of the car is immaculate and rust-free as it has not been winter driven.
