This 2000 Honda XR650R is virtually perfect, and in as new condition as an 18 year old dirt bike could be. It was purchased new in 2000 by the original owner in Phoenix Az. Before the first ride the owner put a new desert tank on it, Top Gun silencer, rejetted and tuned it, and added Acerbis hand guards. He then went on 3 local rides in the Phoenix area with his pro level dirt bike buddies who recommended the bike to him. He related that the bike terrified him. This is the Honda dirt bike that won the Baja 1000 several times straight out of the box. It is considered by many pros to be the best dirt bike ever built. The bike was then stored in the owners garage in late 2000, until late 2017 when the bike was traded to me as payment for a 2 1/2 ton 6x6 army truck. I have started, serviced, tuned, and ridden the bike up and down the street a bit. It starts easily and runs and rides like new. I put a new tire on the rear (not pictured). The bike is located in Reno Nv. It has been indoors its whole life, and was never ridden for 18 years. It was never dropped, and never scratched. Full payment is expected of course before the bike leaves. You can pick up the bike or I can crate the bike for shipping at no charge. Shipping will be at the buyers expense.
