Rare 2004 Cadillac XLR for sale or trade. This is a very cool car and I get tons of compliments everywhere I go. It has the heads up display, cold AC and just a joy to drive. This is one beautiful car and the lines are perfect. The stance is like no other, its what they call the gentleman's corvette. I bought the Caddy down south and is a great start to a awesome car. The car needs work. First off it needs the roof pump rebuilt, which will cost around $250.00. I had it looked at with the tech2 scanner, it starts to go thru the drop down, but pump is froze up from sitting around. The drivers seat bottom needs replaced, on eBay for $99.00. Then it needs the camshaft position actuator magnets cleaned or replaced, which will run another $200.00 on the high side. I also had this tested with the tech2 scanner and this is a common problem with these XLR as I have done a lot of research on the XLR forums. The car runs amazing right now and will get you anywhere you want to go, but these are problems that need addressed. I would have the bumpers touched up and a few scratches (As this is a 14 year old car and it does have scratches), to be 100 percent. I am a very picky person and I like things to be 100 percent. This car is a blast to drive and is very fast for a caddy. Stand out in a crowd. This is a 14 year old car that has sat out in the heat of the south and is far from perfect, remember that when bidding. I expect a non refundable $500.00 deposit within 24 hours of the end of the auction, I will accept PayPal for deposit.
