There are no warranties expressed nor implied. Car is "as is". Up for auction is a 2005 BMW 525i . The car is in relatively good shape but does have body damage as shown in the pics. The transmission also does not shift properly. The code says it is the TCU at fault. The trans is a 6HP19 six speed automatic. The tires and interior are in really good condition. The engine runs very well with no known leaks. The car has been sitting for about 3 months, though we start and run her around the block every week or two.
