This is a very strong SUV indeed! Our kids are off to college and so we no longer need this beast; seats 9! We have owned this 2-3 years now. In that time it's been maintained by our local Ford dealership. It is mechanically very sound with no expected repairs. We have replaced the tires and updated the suspension. It has a 2" lift done by a shop that specialized in 4WD suspensions and tires. Rear brakes just done and all records for maintenance kept. The previous owner drove back and forth between Montana and Texas so most of the miles are highway miles. The only issues we currently have with it are that the key fob will not lock the drivers side door but the door does lock otherwise. The slim cargo pocket on the passenger front door is missing but isn't noticeable. The previous owner had made two small square cuts in the plastic near the rear hatch for some reason. Again, not really noticeable and has no effect on function of any kind. This is a fantastic Excursion and really turn heads! Don't hesitate to ask any questions. Thanks for looking.
