For a 2001 it's in pretty good shape. I've had it only about a year and a half. plan was to make a camper out of it. It has its dents and scratches but nothing major. Very little rust. What I've done is replaced the water pump, radiator, distributor, starter and battery and window motor on drivers side door. What it will need? There is some kind of short in the electrical system, that was not there before I had the work done to the truck. For some reason after the water pump was put in, the truck is very hard to start when it is wet out, or won't start at all until it is dry out, also the parking brake light went on. I took it back to my mechanic and that's when he said I needed the distributor and battery, still have the problem. Sure it's just a loose wire. Also has a leak in the power steering, I filled it twice since I had it. Will need tires at some point. The wheel chair lift never really worked for me. It went down half way then stopped when I used the electric but I was able to work it manually. The fluid has leaked out of it so It doesn't work at all now. I braced it into position with a bar.
