Delisting this on ebay 3 days only! Will sell this Sunday! Sale to local buyer fell through due to buyer lack of funds. Please do not bid if you can't buy! 2004 BMW X3 in good mechanical shape. This is the rare and coveted 6 speed manual, quite fun to drive. Leather, heated seats, power everything. This X3 is on 20" wheels which makes it look oh so much better. This was not done lightly and works flawlessly with the X-drive awd system on this car. All 4 wheels are extremely close to the same circumference (literally a millimeter or so, and are also close to the circumference of the original tire and wheel set-up). This is very important to keep the X-drive system happy. The wheels are 7 spoke Niche Veronas. This was an expensive upgrade, and again, done very carefully. The original wheel set is included for winter driving or to go back to stock if that is your preference. All 8 tires have very little wear, probably 80% life or more. Owned by BMW CCA member. In the last couple of months I have changed all drive line fluids (front and rear differentials and transfer case), and replaced the water pump. These cars came with a water pump with a plastic impeller which is prone to failure so I replaced it with an upgraded metal impeller this spring when it started making a little noise. Everything on this car works as it should. This car has been de-badged but the emblems are included if you'd like to reverse this. I also installed a hitch on this X# and have used it to trailer a small sailboat and utility trailer. It is a great tow vehicle for this type of work. It also has a Yakima roof-rack which is easy to remove if not wanted or needed. Those are the only after-market changes to this car (also added an auxillary line-in for streaming music through the sound system - no bluetooth) so this X3 can be returned to stock very easily. It also got a new battery last fall. Car does have a few cosmetic imperfections which can be seen in the photos...Front passenger corner has a little wrinklePassenger rear corner has a little rubFront bumper has a little scrape/punctureSunroof headliner is sagging. Not the rest of the headliner, just the sunroof.The center armrest has wear and the leather is cracking.The rear hatch window tint needs to be redone, it is scraped off in multiple spots. Overall this car still looks great and none of these thing bother me as this has been a daily driver for me for awhile, and it has performed flawlessly. I have owned many other BMW's and have maintained all of them. This has been a capable, reliable, and fun vehicle but unfortunately it doesn't get good enough mileage for my new commute. It gets about 20mpg average and I'm looking to move into the 40mpg range or I would keep it. I will miss it. Please ask questions and come and see it if you can.
