California car with Zero Rust. 5 speed 4.2L with factory Hardtop. Runs and drives. Rear leaf springs need replacing as do various suspension components. Tires, brakes, clutch and gearbox in good shape. Power steering pump whines. Interior is clean - steering wheel needs rewrapping and the passenger seat back bracket/brace needs to be refastened/welded, otherwise it is in good shape. This is Not a daily driver. This is a Jeep for someone looking for a slick body paint and tub to build or restore to your liking. On Jul-16-18 at 15:35:26 PDT, seller added the following information: Just took the Jeep for a spin to the Beach on Sunday and noticed a few things. One(I failed to make mention of) - is that the driver door handle does not open from the outside. And two - I believe there is a vacuum leak causing it to stall when coming down the rev range.. It will hold idle and drive anywhere, but once the revs drop down from say 3k rpms to idle the Jeep stalls. I will try to tinker with it later in the week when I have the time.
