Offered for sale is this 1979 Mazda RX-7 limited edition (1 of 3000 produced). This is the first year this car was introduced into the USA. This car is referred to as SA22. This is a very rare and collectable model Mazda RX-7. It's a fine example of an unmolested all original, first generation RX-7. This was a barn find car that has been in storage and not driven on the road in over 10 years. It starts, stops and idles, but will need a complete tune up and vehicle safety inspection to be considered road worthy. The interior is complete, however seats are sun damaged as seen in the photos. Paint is in fair condition and shines up nicely. The body has several areas with surface rust and a few areas where rust created holes in the body(lower quarter panels) as seems in photos. The front driver fender body molding is not on the car but its included with the sale.The original 13" aluminum alloy wheels are in nice overall shape including spare wheel with original tire. Has factory air condition that needs a charge to stay cold. I have several other photos, and videos of this car running.
