Time machine car, I get compliments everywhere, looks as close to new as you can get for a car of this age. All receipts since new including original delivery paperwork and window sticker. Original owner purchased the car at Valley Volvo in Dublin CA. Stayed with original owner in the Bay Area until 2005. It then went to Southern Oregon and 2 very brief owners which is where I purchased it in 2007. The guy I bought it from had a baby on the way and had to part with it even though he loved the car. All service records from new which document the mileage and ownership history. I am a major perfectionist and this car is simply incredible. I have owned this car since 2007 and have maintained it to the highest standard. All original paint in outstanding condition, no dings / etc. Two small bumper scuffs on front corner edges of front bumper (pictured). A few very small rock nicks on leading edge of hood. Very very minor. Front spoiler is in great shape with no cracks/etc (these are typically damaged and very hard to source). Interior is near flawless, original dash and wood trim are perfect, restored headliner is perfect and matches original exactly. Everything works with the exception of the seat heaters (I haven't gotten around to sourcing the parts). Mechanically excellent, recently completed major 60,000 mile service for $1,250 at local Volvo specialist. This is the 1st year US model with the PRV6 engine. Tires are newer Michelins with approx 80% tread. Only upgrades from original are rear standard shock/spring set up to replace original Nivomats, and upgraded IPD rear sway bar for general handling improvement. It's a 31 year old car but I personally wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere. Stored inside under custom fit car cover. It really pains me to sell this car because I know it is irreplaceable in this condition and originality. Only offering it because I recently purchased my long time dream car (Lotus Esprit) and I just don't have room for both. I love this car and it must go to a Volvo enthusiast who will preserve and maintain it in a fashion commensurate to its rarity and exceptional originality.
