Decided to list my 1991 Toyota MR2 SW20 with 131,244. The car started out as a California car, Car fax should show it in California at least up to 2005. Car has power brakes, windows, and locks. It also drives excellent with no rattles, very solid like a Toyota should be. The interior is in fantastic condition and stock except for the radio (i saved the old one), boost gauge upgrade, and shifter lowering plate. I used a Carfax Garage account to get a little info but never ran a full report. The car runs and drives great. I pulled the engine and trans to reseal the motor and do routine maintenance. It received a full Toyota gasket set, new timing belt, water pump, tensioner, and idler pulley. Also replaced the steel water pipes on the block with factory stainless steel versions and new thermostat. Most of the small hoses have been replaced including the H.F.H. and H.F.H.O.E. with factory units. All of the vacuum hoses got replaced with silicon hose and I removed the EGR witch caused a check engine light, I may reinstall it to get rid of the light. I also installed a Berk catless down pipe but saved the old cat and brackets, the rest of the exhaust is original and in good condition. The intake manifold flapper system is functional. The distributor is a new remanufactured unit as the old one was leaking from the shaft seals. The throw out bearing was replaced with a new factory unit along with the hydraulic hose at the slave cylinder. I also put bronze bushings at the transmission side of the shifter cables, very smooth action. Also replaced the front calipers and brackets along with new stainless braided brake lines up front. The tires are factory sizes and in great shape, although the front are a different brand than the back due to the difficulty of finding staggered 14" tires. The exterior of the car is overall solid, but it does show its age a little. The bumpers could use some love and there are some door dings and a little bubbling at the windshield pillar. The A/C compressor does turn on along with the radiator fans. I put R134 in the system to do a component check and it seems good, but the system should get a vacuum and real recharge.
