Overview:For sale is my 2005 Honda S2000. This car drives top notch and will not disappoint. The engine starts and runs smoothly, the transmission shifts phenomenally, and the rest of the car is tight and feels fresh. It recently got a new top with a glass window, new clutch, and timing chain. It is sitting at 109,XXX and will go up very slightly. Clean title, no accidents. It stays in our garage unless the weather is optimal. I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking. VIN: JHMAP214X5S008243 Photos: https://imgur.com/a/DYzbd86 Reason For Selling: This is not my first S2000 and I hope it’s not my last. I was on the hunt for a stock LBP/Black AP2 and found this. Previously owned by a senior Honda tech. I purchased it and have loved it to this point. Looking to acquire another investment property, so it's time for the car to go. Modifications: I consider the car “StockPlus”. For the most part, it is stock. It does have a Pioneer head-unit (Wired properly to work with the controls to the left of the steering wheel.) and an alarm system. When replacing the tires, we opted to go for Bridgestone Potenza S-04, which are summer performance tires. Maintenance: As previously stated, it has a newer OEM clutch and top. It has also had the 100k mile/timing service completed. Newer brakes and the tires have lots of tread left. The oil has been changed regularly. It will have a fresh oil change and OEM air filter replacement for this upcoming year completed before sale. Paint:LBP was not a color option for the year 2005. The car was originally black, but was resprayed LBP at Honda. This was done by preference, not necessity. The car has a clean title, no accidents on the history, and no signs of any accidents. The body, jams, and even fender bolts were painted. The only part that is still black is the engine bay. If you've read to this point, you probably agree that LBP is the best color anyway! Known Issues: As you can see in the photos, there is light wear on the driver’s seat bolster. The bottom bolster is a bit saggy/lumpy but otherwise the interior is in great shape (Pictured). The exterior of the car is in amazing shape as well. It does have rock chips on the front bumper (Pictured), but the rest of the paint is in great shape. Conclusion: All in all, it’s a great example of Honda’s best roadster. Have it shipped, trailer it, or even drive it back if you don’t mind putting the miles on it.
