Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is my 1993 MR2 Turbo with 75k original miles. It’s in Turquise which I believe they only made in 1993 which makes it a rare color. Runs and drives perfect. As you can see in the pics, there’s no Rust (Florida car). AC blows ice cold. No weird noises other than a small rattle that you’ll hear every now and then that sounds like it’s coming from behind the steering wheel. Garage kept at all times. Not a single door ding or dent on the body. Might’ve counted maybe 2 or 3 light scratches to the clear coat that can be buffed out and no longer than 2 or 3 inches. No oxidation No peeling on the paint. No modifications at all. Toyota dealer maintained. No leaks. At one point the original owner bumped into something in the Driveway and had the front fender repainted. He didn’t want there to be a color mismatch so he instead got the whole car repainted. Which is why the paint looks flawless. It was done at Walker Collision Repair in Jacksonville in 2008. Like New Kumho Tires. Recent Maintenance 03 May 2017 (73,972 Miles)- oil change - transmission fluid change - valve cover gasket and tube seals- intake gaskets- spark plugs - timing adjustment - fuel filter replaced 02 Jan 2013 (72,769 Miles) - spark plugs and wires- rear main seal- resurface flywheel - oil and filter change - replaced heater hose- replaced master cylinder, slave cylinder, clutch disc 11 Aug 2009 (68,027 Miles) - Timing belt- Cam seal - crank seal - Tires *** I have all records! ISSUES: - Tachometer gives a faulty reading. Doesn’t go past 2k RPM. Most likely it’s the Capacitors which is an easy cheap fix if you’re willing to do it yourself. ( Doesn’t effect the Odometer ) - Power Steering sometimes won’t cut on at start. Most likely the relay. I turn the key a few times to the on position to clear the contacts and it works. - Drivers Seat. As you can see the drivers seat has some wear and tear. *** More pics available upon request. I can even send a video.
