Up for auction with No Reserve is this great running CB750 in the original Candy Gold finish with only 22232 miles on the clock. There are a few minor blemishes on the bike that we have pointed out in our video and in the still photos but the main thing I want to emphasize is how good this bike runs. I have owned approximately 30 CB750s over the years and this is definitely one of the best running of them all. Please view the video for a comprehensive "walk-around" and brief road test plus our extra large photos shown below. We have changed oil and installed a new battery. The carbs have been gone through by a Honda specialist and are spot on. We also did brake work to rebuild the front caliper. The storage of this machine was done properly and the gas tank is perfectly clean inside. As you go around the bike there are a few marks here and there that, although minor, we want to make sure to disclose them. The gas tank has a small dent on the left side and a few paint chips. The left side cover has a crack (as a lot of these CB's did) and we repaired it from the inside. The exhaust is original and still in very solid condition but there is a bit of swelling occurring on the left at the joint with the muffler (another common thing on these bikes). The baffles were missing when we got the bike so we installed new Honda OEM replacements. The seat is from a '73 model and has a small tear on top. There is a small ding on the grab bar and a bit of surface rust on the license plate bracket. The bike is not perfect but overall it presents very well and retains almost all of it's originality. Honda's CB750 line had established a new bar for production road bikes and the 1972 models are considered to be some of the best of the era. This is a very well preserved example with original paint and exhaust system.
