I've had this car for about 4 years and nitpicked over the car to make it as flawless as I could. It's been setup to look like a 1990 Sport Evolution. Some of what I list below is from the original for sale add from when I bought the car. Here are some of the things I've done to the car since owning it: -Rebuilt the A/C system with a full R134A conversion with the appropriate condenser, compressor and engine bracket etc.-Replaced the sunroof cable and guide.-Replaced missing/aged under trays with fresh oem pieces.-Installed smiley projector headlights-Installed a carbon fiber lip spoiler to the front bumper to match the Sport Evo look.-Had the seat cushions on the Recaro seats covered in Sport Evo cloth.-Painted the exterior trim around the windows and doors for an OEM look.-Changed out various interior bits with fresh OEM pieces.-Changed the seat belt buckles with brand new non faded pieces.-Replaced the starter solenoid.-Fixed the wiring going to the reverse lights.-Refreshed all the OEM labels on the car as the original ones had faded/deteriorated.-Brand new euro grilles. The car has a clean title with no accident records, since owning the car it has come to my attention that thedriver side quarter panel has been replaced in the past. If you're looking for an E30 M3 that is ready to go to a show and drive with no need for any restoration work this maybe the car for you. I constantly get complimented on the condition of the car, people comment on how the car looks brandnew all the time. Here is a chance to get into a classic car without the worry of any surprises and at the same time it's not a top tier collectorgrade super low mileage car that you can't drive. You could say this car is OEM Plus meaning it's meant to look like the best iteration of the car the 1990 Sport Evolution. If you're thinking this car seems immaculate then it's close but upon close inspection there are minor defects in the paint etcthat the untrained eye wouldn't pickup. The reserve is set low enough to give someone aspiring to own one of these carsa chance to get in. These cars have appreciated to the point where the very clean ones are out of reach, this car has the lookof a super clean car yet it has higher mileage to keep it attainable. Mechanically this car drives excellent, feels tight and well sorted. I am selling to fund home improvements. Within a few years, the car relocated to California where it had lived until September 2014 when it relocated to Texas. This car is in very good condition with no previous signs of abuse or neglect.This car was purchased out of southern California. I this M3 has only seen 21k miles over the last 16-years. All in all, the previous owner invested nearly $10k and this doesn’t include the thousands spent by the owner before that owner (paint job, cats, etc.). I have copies of current receipts and they are included with the car. Since owning the car I've spent a few thousand covering allbases to ensure the car presents well. It appears that the engine could have been rebuilt fairly recently but we have no receipts documenting it. The was tested at during pre-purchase inspection and came back with solid leak down and compression numbers. The car looks great and presents well. It may not win a BMWCCA concours event, but it would certainly be respectable displayed on the lawn of your local show. The panels are straight and the gaps are spot on. The paint looks nice with some minor flaws that are only visible upon very close inspection. The stance looks perfect with the 16” OEM BBS E38 wheels. The interior looks equally as nice. It is very clean. The dash is perfect with no cracks or warping. The Recaro front seats are new and are probably the best alternative to stock. They are reminiscent of the Euro Evolution sport seats. Also, they are incredibly comfortable with great lateral support. I have the original seats, which are in decent condition. They have been reupholstered some time ago and are showing a bit of age. The rear seat is original and in decent condition with minimal wear signs. The carpet, headliner, and door panels are original and in excellent condition. The stock radio has been replaced with an upgraded radio that plays MP3s. The speakers are still stock and no holes have been made. The car drives exactly how you imagine a well-maintained E30 M3 should. It is tight with great throttle response. It shifts easily with no grinding. The handling and braking are spot on.
