I would not hesitate to have my daughter drive this truck from Indiana to California. I purchased this Z71 Edition new in 2007 and leased it for 5 years, then bought the truck at the end of the lease. I love this truck and hate to have to part with it but we are going to buy a large travel trailer and this 1/2 ton won't pull it. It has been maintained by one garage and I will give buyer their name and number for reference. It's fully loaded, everything works and has 20" factory over-sized rims. It has an aftermarket brake controller, Laverne (under body) running boards and new slide in bed liner. It only has a few minor flaws: minor rock chips on the front of the hood, a small ding the size of a dime on the edge of the driver's door, a bubble the size of a quarter in the chrome on the grill, a small crease behind the passenger side rear wheel and a couple of small (half inch or so) scratches on tailgate. The driver's seat has a small tear (2 inches) on the side of its seat. The window in the rear door on drivers side won't go down. The face on the cruise control set button is worn and the rubber coating around the horn button has slight to peeling. All known flaws are very minor and can be seen in the photos (you may have to look close because they're barely noticeable). Available for inspection in zip code 46143.
