2002 RSX Type S 191,000 miles $1500 I bought this RSX Type S new from the dealer and have all maintenance records. This has been a great car, but with 4 little kids, a 2-door hatchback just doesn’t make sense any more. The car is all stock, no modifications. The car has been very well maintained. Cosmetically, mother nature has left the car with rust around the rear fenders, the hood seam, and the front of the roof. There are some scratches in the rear bumpers which I show in the pictures. The interior of the car looks a hell of lot better than other RSX I see online. The seats are in great condition, I notice the driver seat is showing some wear in the seams on the chair bottom. My wedding ring caused some scrapes in the leather steering wheel. Mechanically, the only issue is a fluctuating idle which is well described by Eric the Car Guy. I just don’t have time to go through all the diagnostics. Video 1 Video 2 Video 3 The AC doesn't blow all that cold either. The passenger door latch actuator doesn’t work (which means you have to reach over and pull up the lock with your hand). A new actuator is included with the car, but never got around to installing. No other mechanical issues. Only Mobil 1 used for all oil changes. Includes 2 set of wheels and tires: 1 set of original rims in very good condition with very used Yokohama S Drive tires, and 1 set of rims from TireRack with used snow tires.
