The actual car will end up costing you somewhere between $49K to about $60K plus taxes and fees depending on what you order. It is the option to purchase the car through me using the invitation from Tesla I have received. I was one of the first to book the Model 3 and now I have been invited to purchase the car. I will sell the car at a $1500 discount to you. Contrary to what you might have heard, you cannot transfer a Tesla Model 3 reservation. Tesla does not allow it, hence the process to actually buy the car and then transfer. Here is how it is going to work. 1. You will pay $3500 to me through certified check or bank transfer and I will order the car according to your choice of color and options. I will use the money you give me to pay Tesla to start building the car. I am open to doing an escrow to hold your money until the title is transferred in your name as long as you pay the escrow fees.2. In 3-6 weeks the car will be delivered in Phoenix AZ and I will pay for the whole car. 3. I will then transfer the car to you at a $1500 discount. You will pay the full price minus $1500 discount minus the $3500 you already paid.4. You will need to pick the car up in Phoenix AZ or arrange delivery at your own cost to wherever you need it to be. 5. You will need to pay transfer fees and taxes in your state. I don't control that. This will work really well if you are geographically close by to Phoenix, AZ. The car will be sold as used and you will not get the federal rebate but you will get an instant $1000 discount of the price I pay to Tesla. I will take that $1500 loss for now. If you decide not to pick up the car or change your mind after making the deal and paying for it, I will forfeit the $3500 you originally paid. Feel free to ask any questions.
