Beautiful 1962 split window camper bus. Original German Bus, very clean inside and out. This Bus is a Sea Foam Green and White color combo. Lots of nice compliments from admirers. Stock/original wheels and hubcaps, white wall tires, with a smooth running 1600 DP motor. I have receipts from all the professional work done on it within the past few years. Clear title and just had it's Spring tune-up done (oil change, fuel filter change). It runs great and cruises along with traffic at 55mph with no issues. Floors are solid, has new rubber seals, and shifts smoothly. 12V conversion done about 2 years ago. Original ice box, sink, and closet included. This is a driver Bus and is not a trailer queen. The body work and paint was professionally done, but there is some filler in the lower nose and rear roof. The front seats are recovered but are Bay seats. Solid underneath but needs new jack points. I've owned it the past 4 years and the previous owner had it 11 years and it's been garaged for at least these past 15 years. Paint is only about 1.5 years old. Tires maybe have 500 miles on them with new tread. There are some minor things such as a light/small crack in the driver front windshield, non-working horn/radio, wipers are not attached, and the mount to hold open the deck lid is not attached. The interior was not professionally painted. The 3 driver side pop outs have screens but need glass. But overall it's a great Bus and has been well taken care of, and is a ton of fun. It's a walk-thru and comes with a vintage Frigette A/C unit (never seen one before on another Bus), vintage Sears radio, wood slat interior ceiling, and a sweet roof rack ($500 value by itself). Frigette A/C unit appears to be an in-dash added option at the time the conversion was done in the early 60s, but does not operate.
