I’m selling my 1996 Mazda Miata. I’ve owned the car for a few years and pretty much gone completely through it. I’ll do my best to cover all the stuff I’ve done, but I’m reasonably sure I’m going to end up forgetting something, so if you have any questions or want specific pictures, just ask me. The car comes back as a rebuilt title though the title I have has no remarks to that effect. I bought it as a basket case with a mismatched hood and fender so it didn’t make any difference to me and I actually never even checked until i went to sell it. Since it’s rebuilt and not salvaged, it won’t effect insurance or tags. The car was repainted in the original montego blue mica. The hardtop was painting at the same time. The soft top has been removed. The suspension has been replaced with the Flyin Miata FM 2.5 package with FM springs, Tokico shocks, FM adjustable sway bars and FM rear upper shock mounts for longer shock travel. The tires are Dunlop Star Specs with about 60-70% tread left. The exhaust is a Yonaka catback in black powder coat. The interior has “Better than factory” floor mats from Moss Motors, black leather with blue stitching boots on the handbrake and shifter, a voodoo shift knob, version Warbird gauges from Revlimiter.net with blue LEDs. It has a Pioneer head unit with Bluetooth and an external mic. The speakers are Infinity Reference in the doors. I put an NB Nardi steering wheel in it. All the fluids have been changed to good synthetics including the transmission and differential. It has stoptech brakes on it. The engine is stock, the plugs and wires were done about a year ago with NGK stuff. Overall, this is a super solid car. I would drive it anywhere. I have taken it on multiple road trips. It needs absolutely nothing. The only thing wrong with the car is a spot in the dash where some crackhead inexplicably decided to rip my phone mount off, and I guess the fact that the title states it’s been wrecked before. The only reason I’m selling it is I wanted something a little larger and safer since i have a young child, so I bought a newer Miata. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
