Vehicle Detail
2008 P71, was a Multnomah County LE vehicle. I am just speculating, but definitely was not a patrol car. No antenna or external light holes, low miles and only 135 idle hours. It did have a cage and transport rear seat and the front seats show vest and harness wear patterns. Has all the P71 heavy duty mechanical features plus E85 and the 3.55 TracLoc rear end. Not perfect with numerous small scuffs, dings and scratches, but overall very nice. The ride is quiet and smooth, handling is nimble and engine performance is responsive and peppy. Everything works with no issues. I flushed the transmission and replaced the filter. I changed out the rear end fluid as well. Tires and spare are new, but I powder coated the wheels, replaced the TPMS sensors and then rebalanced all 5 and got a 4 wheel alignment. I added the OEM cruse control, window tint and after market center console. This is a blast to drive and I am super happy how it turned out. It was briefly a part time commuter, but my plans have changed and I no longer need. For sale locally and I reserve the right to end auction early if necessary. This car is so effing nice and is worth every penny at twice the current bid! Not a rattle or squeak, effortless speed. The “presence” in traffic this color and presentation generates is priceless. The look is sinister and intimidating and you get noticed. Today, I'm 3 to 4 weeks away from getting my used car dealership license in OH. I will be selling mostly P71s. I honestly believe you have the best looking and cleanest P71on the market. At least, its the cleanest I've ever seen. If any one complains to you about small scuffs or scratches, you let me talk to them. I will be happy to set them straight. This car is immaculate for a used/retired P71, and the low idle hrs makes it almost unfounded. I would really advise you to hold on to it for few yrs because it will sell for way more in 4 to 5 yrs.I could tell you this, the last two weeks alone three dark blue P71s w/over 125k miles sold for $3600 and up at an auction house dealers only.So yours should not sell below $10,000 and you would be extremely reasonable if you take anything less that $10500. I have a real passion for owning and selling P71s. I drove them for a living and now I'm retired. Thank you
