Vehicle Detail

I was compelled to relist this because Ebay cancelled my auction sale (which ended 3/20/2018) as it determined, after the auction concluded, that the high bidder (who made a single, sniped $4,200 bid at the last minute of the auction) was an unauthorized user. Even though Ebay advised me the other bidders were legitimate, it would not allow me to make Second Chance Offers to such bidders (who made bids in $50 increments from $4,000 to $4,150).In lieu of an auction, I want to cut to the chase - I am selling for $4,050 to the first LEGITIMATE bidder that agrees to my asking price and actually pays the $500 deposit, via PayPal, and completes the sale by signing a Bill of Sale and pays the balance of the purchase price in cash within 5 days of the deposit. Good luck to all legitimate buyers. ** VERY CLEAN & WELL MAINTAINED **Recently inspected; new brakes/calipers; new battery (less than one month old); very low mileage Michelin Defender tires; new timing belt/water pump @ 90k miles; new radiator @ 80k miles.· Vehicle Skid/Traction Control; Four Wheel Anti-Lock Brakes; Front & Side Airbags· Leather/Heated/Power Seats· Memory driver seat and side mirrors· Heated side mirrors; auto dim rear-view and driver’s side mirrors· Power Tilt/Slide Moonroof· Dual Zone Auto Temp Control· Premium JBL sound system· Preferred carpet/cargo mat package Has some scuffs on rubber bumpers; minor imperfections and scratches on paint. On Mar-13-18 at 18:25:48 PDT, seller added the following information: 3/13/2018 Addition to Listing - Having driven the car a good bit lately (which was used primarily by my kids), everything I used/tested works well, with the exception of the speaker in the rear deck. The sound breaks up, so it probably needs to be replaced (which I did not initially notice because the fade was set to the front). On Mar-15-18 at 10:07:57 PDT, seller added the following information: 3-14-2018 I tried to post the following question and answer yesterday, but it did not appear in the listing, so here they are. QUESTION: you say your kids has been driving car is that ware scratches came from any major dents any fluid leaks and does car run strong and what you think getting scratches fixed would cost ANSWER:There are four noticeable scuffs on the rubber/plastic bumpers, 2 on the front and 2 on the back (pictures of all included in the listing). My recall is my kids did those hitting into something parking or backing up (or possibly one of those existed when I got the car in 2013). Separately, there are minor scratches and imperfections on the paint (e.g., nicks from pebbles kicked up while driving). I included a photo of the one double scratch on the lower panel of one door which is the most noticeable. I have no idea how much it would cost to fix, but from my perspective, they are not very significant, so fixing those never crossed my mind. We have not had any other accidents in the car and there are no significant dents. The only incident we had was that someone visiting my neighbor backed into the middle of the driver door when the car was parked on the street in front of my house. That put a dent in the center of the driver door, but caused no other damage. The driver's insurance paid to have the dent pulled out and, as I recall, they repainted the entire driver door. There are no fluid leaks of which I am aware. We did recently have a leak in the power steering fluid due to a cracked hose. That bad hose was recently replaced and we have no more leaks. And yes, the car runs well, with good power and acceleration. On Mar-17-18 at 11:17:15 PDT, seller added the following information: Two Clarifications: First, the new battery is not shown in the engine photo (taken about a month ago) because it was replaced within the last two weeks. [3/24/18 Note: Battery was replaced because I accidentally left the lights on and killed it.] Second, there is a small indent near the right tail light that has surface rust (which you can see with a close look at the photo of the rear of the car). I have a closeup photo, which I can email to anyone who is interested. Thanks On Mar-19-18 at 06:53:08 PDT, seller added the following information: More questions and answers which I want to post for all: Questions:Just two questions:Has the car been smoked in?Does the cruise control work? Thanks. Answers:No smoking in this car by my family or the prior owners (my Mom & Dad) because none of us are smokers. Also, I just tested and confirmed, the cruise control works. Thanks, R.J.
