2001 Jeep Cherokee 4WD OEM Police Package. This is the last year of this body style jeep and the police package is even harder to come by. This vehicle just has the brakes done, to include new rear drums and front rotors (see photos) in addition just passed New York State inspection. This vehicle was maintained perfectly over the years by the North Carolina Highway Patrol garage. (All maintenance records will be provided) It was a fleet vehicle, well maintained and utilized for its four wheel drive capability during climate weather. This is an OEM Police Package which includes the 120 MPH certified Speedometer cluster (see photos), EXT IDLE switch on the console which raises the idle or neutral RPM to assist in powering numerous accessories. (Making it perfect for the camper or off road enthusiast and their extra toys) The Jeep also has the factory transmission cooler associated with the police package. This Jeep also has the vinyl flooring that came with the police package. 124 Amp Alternator and the Select-Trac full time 4 system and Trac-Lock differential. The none OEM police accessories include a rear cargo area cage, perfect for separating passengers from gear, or a possible area for pets. Other aftermarket police accessories include a CB radio antenna on the rear passenger side quarter panel and an overhead interior light with red light capability. The Jeep Cherokee XJ has a Rough Country 3" Lift model # 630XN2... you can google that and see the entire kit. It includes new leaf springs (not add-a-leaf), (4) 2.0 shocks, front coil springs, and a sway bar drop for the front. This lift was done right and drives straight on the highway, NO death wobble. The overhead liner was replaced, it is a black liner and does not match the light gray overhead trim pieces. BF Goodrich All -Terrain KO2 31X15 Tires. The rims are OEM and have been painted. The exterior has been Raptor (c) lined. It is a very strong protectant similar to Line-X The Jeep was never smoked in and was not a K-9 car. The Jeep has 1" transfer case drop, 1" billet aluminum spacers on the front wheels, 2" billet aluminum spacers on the rear wheels. Wheels studs have recently been replaced with longer studs to provide greater security of spacers. Their are some minor scratches and holes left from the removal of police devices and accessories. I have pictures of them but Ebay will only allow me to post a certain amount of photos. I reserve the right to reject any bidder with no or minimal feedback.
