1967 CAMARO CONVERTIBLE - 327-210hp / Powerglide Great Investment for someone who appreciates Classic American CarsThis car is a rare find for several reasons. 1- First Year Of Chevrolets Camaro (designed to rally the Mustang, and Barracuda) 2- Limited Production of this car in the Convertible Version 3- This Camaro starts and drives without any major issues apparent. This car should be desired mostly as a project restoration candidate. 4- The VIN, Engine, Transmission and Drive Axle are number matching never been replaced or altered 5- The car originally was a Mid West Car, but has been 6- Full disclosure so that no-one wastes their time. The normal rust on the lower body panels, is limited to those outer panels. There is some indication of rust showing up in the trunk floor. There is no major structural rust visable under the car, on the floor pan, or the sub frame (which is actually equipped with the X support for th e convertible assembly 7- Being a convertible, most of the cars out there end up requiring the expensive Convertible Top Frame (NOT THE CASE HERE) The frame is not disfigured or inoperative It has a top attached, but it requires a new covering. 8- Car has been repainted since 1967, but it has been over a decade ago, so all of the imperfections are easily viewed and considered very common and repaired on most all of the restorations on the road and at shows. (quarter panel, lower rocker panels and trim around convertible top openings are rusted) patch panels for this normal event are readily available from Classic Camaro Companies 9- GM installed 'COCKTAIL SHAKERS' on many of the Convertible Models. These are located in each of the corners of the car and add stability / reduce vibration when the car is operated. All 4 are intact and none are damaged, these items are 500.00 each at best, if you can locate a set.
