FOR SALE: One Beautiful Blue 2006 BMW K1200LT in Good condition This bike has a few cosmetic issues (as expected for a used bike of this age), but no major cosmetic damage; see pictures for the worst blemishes. Again, this is in good condition (not immaculate/pristine/showroom grade). The bike had a new premium AGM battery installed in 2015. This is stored indoors and has a maintainer on the battery every day it is been parked (if kept on a maintainer, I expect this battery could last another 3-5 years). I purchased this bike in 2015 & changed all the fluids & filters including: engine oil & filter, transmission oil, gearbox oil, final drive lube, flushed brake fluid, replaced fuel filter & air filter, and tested engine coolant. I've driven this bike approximately 70 miles since then and everything seems to work fine with a couple exceptions (see notes at bottom). My two favorite features on this bike are the electronically adjustable windshield and the electric center stand. This bike starts and runs well. Smooth and comfortable ride. Fairing keeps the head wind and dust away (again love the electric windshield). No major problems; I'd feel comfortable riding this bike 1000+ miles as it is. This bike is loaded with options which include: * Heated seats (front & rear) * Heated handlebars * Cup holder * Factory installed Garmin GPS * CD player with rear speaker controls (radio antenna isn't shown in the pictures, but is included with the motorcycle) * Electronic Adjustable windshield (see buttons on handle bars) * Electric center stand (also has standard side kick stand) * Custom extended splash guard on front fender (see pictures) * Xenon Headlight (see pictures) * 4-stroke 1200cc Inline 4-cylinder liquid cooled engine * Electronic Fuel Injection * Fully integral ABS brakes w/Dual disc front brakes * 5-speed transmission (shaft driven) * Hard side cases (permanent attached) * Hard top case (top, rear/helmet box) * Adjustable "wind flaps" below each mirror (see pictures) * Tires are in good condition (see pictures) Notes: This bike has a reverse built into it, but the cable was unhooked from the battery and I didn't try hooking it up to see if it works (I guess I still have to prove I can do it by myself). So reverse may or may not work. Gas flap has a broken retainer/clip so it doesn't latch to stay down (it's still attached & won't fall off). One fuel line quick connect fitting broke when changing the fuel filter and it was replaced with a brass hose splicer (not as quick, but much more durable and reliable). The charcoal fuel evap. canister (that can cause fuel tank to implode and ruin fuel pump) was previously removed (but I did get it and it will be included with the bike). buyer is responsible for arranging shipping.
