Vehicle Detail

NO RESERVE This is a 1979 trans am that I have been restoring for the past 2 years. I bought this car with a trashed interior, but with most functional aspects working. I have restored this car to the point of a good condition daily driver, with completely redone interior and many replaced parts to the drive train and engine to ensure reliability for years to come. Besides what I have done to this car, it is a completely original numbers matching car. Here is a list of the replaced parts and tune ups: Interior: new stuffseat cushionsseat coversfloor matsdashinside trimweatherstripping on doorsdoor panelswall panelskick panels Exterior: new stuffwindow trimfront and back windshield trimhinge pins in doorsdrum brakes converted to disk brakes (all wheels)new drive shaft/U-jointsrebuilt rear end with new gearing ratio (2.73 from 2.41) Under the Hood: new stuffalternatordistributorradiatorbattery Things that still could be done/minor issues:I installed new hinge pins in the driver side door, but could be adjusted slightly to close tighter (was working by myself, and those doors are heavy!)Replace new style radio with old style (radio included)Paint job is fair-good, with minor scratches spread around the car. a good buffing and cleaning will still bring the shine out of it thoughBattery could possibly have higher cranking amps, but starts just fine as it isHood could be adjusted slightly to align with fenders betterA/C just needs to be converted to R-134a and recharged, heat works greatI am selling this car because I am now in college and don't have the time to do anymore on it, and I need the money to help me finish out college. It was a great project while I had it and I'm sad to see it go, but hopefully someone will be able to enjoy it as much as I did. All in all this car is a great daily driver, and fun to drive thanks to the 6.6 403. If you have any questions feel free to email me or call me.
