I am the original owner of this car. The car was a complete frame on restoration/rebuild in 2009, built to show car standards. The car was always garaged and has 18,000 miles since the build. The instructions to the builder and painter: replace all parts with new parts wherever possible. Custom paint and bodywork done by professional hot rod builder. Paint is GM silver birch. Rebuilt 305 engine, transmission and carburetor. All other components and parts were new: motor mounts, fuel pump, water pump, fan clutch, radiator, alternator, starter, AC compressor and condenser, belts and hoses, brakes, exhaust system including catalytic converter, shocks, 15" wheels by Wheel Vintiques and tires, OEM upholstery, headliner, rugs, door panels, dash pad, Dakota Digital gauges, upgraded Sony stereo, subwoofer, booster and speakers, running lights and lenses, grill and Raveco anti-theft system. This is not a complete list but an idea as to our dedication to build as new a car as possible. Have all documentation and receipts. This El Camino spent almost a year in restoration and had over $39,500 invested. Passed CA smog on 06/01/17.
