2004 Land Rover Discovery II SE (the best of the best) - 4.6 Thor V8 (same used in P38 Range Rover HSE) - 109,xxx miles - Automatic transmission (rebuilt 20,000 miles ago) - Very clean, heated seats, power windows and locks (2 keyless fobs), everything works properly, headliner looks great, new brake pads, OEM running boards, tires 70%+ tread remaining. - Brand new battery - My family has owned several Land Rover vehicles, this 2004 Discovery (last year of production) is absolutely the best one we've ever had, if you've ever wanted a Disco II, this is the one to buy! Love the distinctive British styling and function of these vehicles! Rovers are great if you love them and are familiar with their sometimes quirky nature! - Must be shipped and not driven, needs the head gasket service, highly recommend the British Atlantic company for parts (can be driven a few miles, yet the temp gauge starts to rise) - Climate control blower motor is slightly noisy at highest setting, I believe blower wheel only needs cleaning, not noisy at low speed) - Asking $3,500 (fair price) please have inspected and or look over in person prior to offer if you would like. Head gasket issue just started end of last week (very common on these), was such a bummer, yet it's so worth having fully serviced, I would if had more time, very busy with current work schedule etc, I hope goes to a good home or fellow Rover enthusiast, this is a great one. - Sold "As-Is" condition **Update** In researching this common Rover maintenance, I've discovered a UK product originally created for the British military by the name of 'K-seal', apparently 'K-seal' is standard issue in their motor pool, a requirement in some of their cooling systems.
