This 2002 Mercury Sable LS has only 61,271 original miles! This has been a second car for us for a couple of years and its gotten very little use lately, so I've decided to pass it on. I have a clear paper Florida title in hand for this vehicle. Pros: Only 61,271 miles on original engine!Starts immediately and runs great.Never been in an accident.No major dent or dings to body panels. Leather interior is in decent shape overall. Power windows, locks and driver's seatCoolant system hoses replaced 6 months ago.Received regular oil changes while I've owned it. Very comfortable, nice to drive. OKs:Decent brakes, may be squeaky at first due to little use lately.Decent tires, probably about half the original tread left.Probably due for an oil change sooner than later. Cons:Driver's Door Latch Switch Needs Repair: Driver's door latch switch sometimes fails to engage causing the interior lights to remain on when the door is closed. Additionally, the automatic locks will sometimes randomly engage causing the locks to open and closed. These two issues are likely related. Should be a simple fix for the mechanically inclined.Passenger's side mirror housing is busted, currently held on car with duct tape. (see photos)Auto feature on headlights no longer works (lights will stay on)...you must turn them on/off with the switch. Part of driver's seat framing sticks though leather (see photo)Driver's door panel missing a piece of upholstery, same piece peeling from other doors. (see photo)There is a large scratch on the windshield, though it DOES NOT distort driver's view. (see photo)Tires need to be balanced, extra road noise at certain speeds.
