Here's a great looking,great driving SL with much maintenance done of late.Two tops are there.Soft top ,and hard roof.This car can be driven easily anyplace you want to go.Original HUF key which fits all locks,trunk,ignition,doors.Recent extensive tune up by previous owners new injectors,and wires. ,new brakes including calipers and hoses.Newer shocks ,and bushings.Newer Radiator last year.Runs great with no oil burning or smoke of any kind.The car is fully capable of highway driving for extended periods.One would not hesitate to go 1000 mile trip in 2 days.Steering is tight with no wiggle or coupling wear.Summertime necessitated a new AC compressor,so,that a/c works also.Paint finish is very shiny without clearcoat sun damages.There are few minor chips or imperfections.Body is no rust ,no repairs at all.It is pristine underneath with zero floor or rocker rust,and zero repairs.So,if you are in a place where cars rust out,then you would appreciate not having to deal with rusty old metal.Rust free body appears to be original completely! Previous owner states car was an insurance theft recovery in the late 1980s no collision damage at all,All panels are original..After that ,they upgraded it with chromed 560SL styled wheels,newer tires,560 styled front air dam.The original lower sheet panels are still there under it.The upgrades continue to the all Italian leather seats,...and door panels too.It comes with Mercedes owners manual and 450 sl catalouge,in the glove box.The engine and transmission are excellent.No shifting nor smoking issues at all.Temp runs as it should ,in traffic or on the hyway.No problems going 65 / 70 all day long!
