*For all individuals that sent messages requesting more info from previous listing, it seems most were automatically returned by eBay so I'm sorry if you didn't receive a reply. Auction is for 2005 Chevy Corvette Convertible that was recently involved in an accident. Damage is to front end, underneath in front (no damage underneath beyond front 1/3), and drivers side. No damage was done to the interior (no airbag deployment) or actual engine. Power everything and Bose sound system with in dash Multi Player CD, Heads Up Display, and hard wired trickle charger which will be included. First group of pictures above were taken mid August of this year, only about 500 miles prior to the accident. As you can see, car was kept in excellent condition. And tires were all replaced with new Michelins at the dealership within the past year. The car was considered a total loss but I decided to retain ownership so title is still a clear title. I spoke with my County Treasurer and was told since the title stayed in my name and never transferred into the insurance company's name, the title will not be a salvage title. First estimate from adjuster the insurance company had look at the car was only $6500 but after taking to a shop and getting a better look underneath, a supplement estimate added another $6000 bringing total to around $12,500. But that included $2200 for convertible top repairs and there's only a small surface scratch/scuff (shown in pic). Interior is all black and in great condition.
