Back Surgery forces me to sell my beloved 1970 Triumph 650 Tiger TR6R. I've owned this bike almost 40 years. Clear Ct. Title. Great bike to take out for spin. I usually would take it out once a week for an hour.Starts 1-2 kicks. 3-4 and you probably didnt prime the carb. Been extremely reliable. Head was done by Don Porter about 3 yrs ago--1500 mi. New Amal, coils , points, condensors, spark plug wires last spring. Bike is a great rider. Not restored. Has some original stickers. Had Tank painted 2 yrs ago in this Midnight Blue/White with gold pinstriping. Everyone loves and honks at the bike. I'm not a fan of the original Mist Green color. NUMBERS do not match. I bought the bike as you see it almost 40 yrs ago. She's been a reliable faithful bike. Bike does not smoke, even at starting.Bike IDLES!! Paint on tank in Exc. shape. Painted about 3-4 yrs ago. Chrome on rims in good shape.I worked in a motorcycle shop on Triumphs when I was a kid, so I've done most minor maintenance items. Bike is registered, insured and running.
