Up for sale is my personally owned 2000 Mercedes Benz Convertible CLK430 with a beautifully running and powerful V8 engine. It is being relisted for the third time, due to other bidders not having any money to complete the transaction. Therefore, please make sure you are prepared to make the non refundable deposit and final payments before you bid, as non paying bidders will be dealt with according to Ebay rules and regulations. I have owned and maintained this beautiful motor car for almost 2 years now, and unfortunately due to the harsh winters of the Northeast and my limited storage in my other residence in Florida this vehicle must be sold to the highest bidder, as I want to drive this car every day and being in Connecticut, it becomes weather prohibitive. This car has a tremendous running V8 engine with a matched transmission that runs, and leaks nothing, and drives ultra smooth. The engine oil and all fluids have been changed by a local Mercedes Repair Shop and all the 02 sensors and a Mercedes Major Maintenance was done less than five thousand miles ago, which included all the plugs, coils and wires. The water pump and battery and thermostat were also replaced less then 4 thousand miles ago. The beautiful blue offset color Cabriolet Top is in excellent condition and functions perfectly, and the Newly Installed Kenwood Radio has all the latest blue tooth and Sirius xm features as well as an aux input for all your internet driven radio needs. All windows and accessories function as they should as well as all heating and climate controls. The suspension is excellent and the tires and custom Mercedes Factory Rims have at least 50% life left to them. The car steers and turns very well and I have had my friends drive in this car that are all mechanics , and they marvel at the sheer power, acceleration and turning response from this beautiful Mercedes. The brakes will need to have pads within the next few thousand miles but other than that this care accelerates, steer and responds like new. The cosmetics are decent, but there are a few small surface rust spots on the rear deck and small really small ones on the rear paseenger quarter panel which could easily be addressed. There are very little dings on the car and no dents, and the shine on the finish still shows very well. The interior could use a good cleaning but the rear seats are in excellent shape, and the front ones are too, with no rips but both the passenger and the driver side heated seats function perfectly, yet have seam separation that can easily be addressed and fixed. The top is phenomenal, and deploys and goes up perfectly, and has no rips or tears, and the there is no rust on the undercarriage of the body. The body tabs and the Mercedes Medallion will also be included in the auction as well as the original Mercedes Radio. All in all this is a beautiful CLK430 that runs great and with some attention to cosmetics will be perfect. This is NO RESERVE Auction starting at $500.00 and the highest bidder will win.
