1971 Corvette with original 350 270 HP engine - block no. 0118CJK. It has 125,000 miles on it.It has a clear title in my name. It is an automatic 400 turbo. It has power steering. It has air conditioning but no compressor. It has electric windows, left side works and right side intermittent.This car hit a pole in 1995. The owner got another nose for it and then found that the frame was bent. they both then sat in a barn for 15 years. He did turn engine over frequently with breaker bar. I saw it hunting a farm next door and have been working on it the last 6 years. It has come a long way but still has a ways to go. I took the front end off and took it to a professional frame shop and they were able to straighten it back to original alignment.Starting from the front it has a new ( during the last six years)radiator, hoses, belts,fuel pump,starter,motor mounts and a rebuilt carburetor. New fuel lines, filters, new gas tank and sending unit. Dash gas gauge does not work. New points, plugs, wires and cap. It starts right up and runs great. Took out heater core, cleaned housing, new heater hoses and flushed system. Blower motor works but not at dash control. It has new Master cylinder, all new calipers and pads, most brake lines replaced.Changed transmission fluid and filter. It has a leak that will make a puddle sitting for a long time. New Complete exhaust system.I took the rear end out and replaced post rear end cover as one of the prongs was broken off. I also cleaned and painted all supports.I took the interior out and got seats working. All carpet is out except for rear compartment.The interior is not in good shape with a lot of cracks in plastic. The Tach, Speedometer and Amp meter work. I put in a oil pressure and temp gauge.The headlights work and can be moved manually but vacuum system is not connected. The parts seem to be in order but have not connected it all. I painted the car ( this is only the second car I have painted. It looks good from 20 feet but up close you can see the flaws. I also left the stingray emblems on ,thought I could tape them so I used a small brush to fill in which you can see up close. When I put the nose on I thought everything lined up but when I put the tires which were large and the left front tire rubbed in front and the right side rear rubbed. I put some decent regular tires on and they don't now but you can see that it is not lined up quite right. Hopefully you can see it in pictures. There are rust holes around lower corners of windshield. I put a lot of rustoleum to keep them from rusting further. Also see pictures. The tail lights do not work . I have tried to list the good and the bad about the car and have asked people who know cars what fair price would be.I will be glad to show it to you if you are in the area. It is kept inside. I have pictured some extra parts along with spare tire housing that go with it.have only driven it about 50 miles since I got it running.I will also help with loading car and working with a transport service.
