1988 Lincoln Town Car Signature Series 46,600 ACTUAL MILES This Lincoln has been garage-kept its entire life, and is in amazing condition. It has the original spare tire which has never been used. The 4 tires that are on the car now are only the first set that replaced the original factory tires, and have 90% tread life remaining. I have inspection receipts and maintenance documents that verify that this is the true and correct mileage. I only drive the car about once a month, and it always starts immediately and drives wonderfully down the highway. I have always used non-ethanol gas with a touch of Marvel Mystery Oil (as recommended by Jay Leno), but this car will take the standard non-ethanol if one desires. The paint is completely original from bumper to bumper and has never been repainted, and still has a deep shine. It has the four speed automatic transmission with overdrive, power windows, power six way front seats for both the driver and passenger, power outside mirrors, power door locks, cruise control, automatic climate control, Ford JBL am/fm stereo radio with cassette including a power antenna, tilt steering and leather wrapped steering wheel, rear window defogger, vinyl top, trip computer system with mpg computation, trip mileage, clock, analog fuel gauge, security entry code on door, power trunk with automatic trunk closing system, a thermometer on the driver's mirror, and a rear view mirror that automatically adjusts down when in reverse, and dims for following car's headlights. Comes with all owners manuals, and a complete set of shop manuals (two large books). This car is in superb condition and the only flaws that I am aware of are:1. A couple inches of the vinyl roof material has pulled from the molding trim (see pic), and needs to be stretched back/repaired.2. A very slight ding on the hood (but no scratch or paint damage)3. Air conditioning was working great (38 degrees at the vents) after a recharge of freon and oil, but over several months the cooling stopped. So, a leak test is needed to find out which O-Ring needs replacing along the AC lines. 4. Trunk Lid is missing the "Lincoln" emblem, which is a simple replacement item.5. Rear door electric window motor works fine, but the window must be loose from a track as it does not want to go all the way up w/o manual assistance...a simple repair. The fuel gauge and speedometer are digital, and work perfectly....fuel gauge has blue bars that light up in a vertical manner to show the fuel level. The speedometer starts with a big "0" and works exactly as it should as you start driving and increasing the speed....it is very accurate.
