This is the 700 CC Nighthawk "tarrif buster" Honda sent to the US when congress enacted a large tariff on imported motorcycles over 700 cc to protect the US domestic motorcycle manufacturer. Set this bike next to a 1984 US built bike... and you'll see why they needed to!!!... ride this wonderful 700cc 4 banger that screams like a banshee... then you'll REALLY see why they needed some protection!! 19,009 miles very very clean and unadulterated over the decades... so nice to see. starts, runs, revs, idles, shifts, stops as it should. Engines sound nice.... no funny noises or rattles. Make a glorious sound when rev'd Inside tank beautiful please note these faults: right front lower gas tank... way in front and on bottom... dent.... never seen a less obtrusive dent.. but it's there. left rear turn signal.... please note it is taped. Could be taken apart easily and cemented back together or replaced electrics all work great... starter, Hi/lo beam, brake light from front and rear brake, horn, GEAR INDICATOR!! dash lights, neutral light, etc Controls all work smoothly Paintwork really really nice finish on engine very nice as well no brake fluid damage to tank or controls .. may look like in in some pictures, but it's a reflection NO FADE on Black or the Blue paint... shiny and vibrant.... Tires are great for whatever you'd care to use them for. Pirelli demon sports less than 2 years old and still have the "tits" in them seat in great shape wiring all neat and tidy NO RESERVE...
