CAR DOES NOT RUN!!!! BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR TOWING AWAY!!!! 2002 Saab ARC model with approx. 176k miles I bought it with 76k and have taken care of it. I have all my service records that will be with it. Car will need to be towed, it turns over but does not run. Not sure why and my saab mechanic does not know either.
