I have an Imola Red 2001 M3 for sale. Car is in excellent condition (I have taken a car to a number of car shows). The reason for sale is that my family needs a bigger vehicle (I know right?). I am so sad to let it go yet excited for this car to have a new home. If you are looking for an eye candy performance vert, look no further. This is the one for you. Ownership History: I am the second owner. I bought the car from the original owner, who is a wealthy older gentleman who treats the car like his baby. The car was purchased in Minnesota and used as a summer car (hence the milleage is so low). It gets driven only for 4 - 5 months a year. It has never seen a drop of snow, and barely even rain. The M has never been abused for it's whole life. I was once joking that the previous owner drives the car like driving a Camry.Since my ownership, I have taken the car to a number of car shows in mid west and have gotten tons of appraises. Maintenance History:I have full records of maintenance from the original owner, all of maintenance have been done at the BMW dealership. Always used Shell/Chevron 91/93 gas.Car Details:Exterior: 9.5/10The original paint of the car is kept in pristine condition and is in bone stock with no modifications whatsoever. The soft top functions beautifully and quietly. It is in overall excellent condition with a few imperfections: - Very few rock chips on the engine hood (very tiny and invisible from distance).- Minor curb rash on the original wheels- Tires may need replacement (good tread but crack can be seen on rubber from hitting the curb once, they are not deep at all so still good to drive)- Minor scratches on front bumper (not visible from distance)Interior: 10/10Interior is kept as showroom condition. The leather feels and smells like new. The trims are free of scratches. The original owner said no one has sat on the back seat. And within 9 months of my ownership (which 5 months the car was in the garage) I used backseats for maybe 3 times. Mechanical: 10/10The M is machanically perfect as it can get. As I mentioned, all services are done on time at BMW dealership. I have all service records available. It literally drives and feels like a brand new vehicle. The original owner and myself never abused this car. Although the engine sounds beautiful at acceleration, I have never attempted to race or even try to hit the redline. Misc. itemsThe M comes with all original accessories includes 2 sets of keys (need new battery, there's a DIY video online), 1 pocket key. Owner's manual.
