I am selling my 1955 Jeep willys split window 4x4 wagon with nice natural patina finish. Jeep is equipped with a AMC 304 with Manual transmission and a warn overdrive unit. Jeep is currently running, driving and on the road. I had this jeep sent in from California a couple years back, and have been slowly making improvements to make it more drivable. Some of the improvements include, new battery a HEI distributor, I had the radiator rebuilt, front disc brake swap using Chevy truck parts, herm the over drive guy’s dual master cylinder swap, all new brake lines, New wheels and tires 100% tread, rebuilt drag link, had the front leaf springs rebuilt, new shackles and shocks. Keep in mind this unrestored vehicle from 1955. Some of the items that might need attention is the speedometer, carburetor needs a rebuild/tuning, the steering gearbox has play, fuel pump housing is leaking oil, parking brake cable and the heater ducting tubing needs to be replaced. The Jeep overall is pretty solid with what appears to be original paint with a very nice natural patina finish. There’s is some rust as to be expected with a vehicle of this age, Please see pictures for more information. Jeep is being sold as is, where is with a New York state transferable registration and a bill of sale. This is the equivalent to a title in New York state, and is legal proof of ownership. I also have a California title in my name as well as the invoice I received when I originally purchased the Jeep.
