1971 HONDA CB 450 100% ORIGINAL SURVIVOR 1971 Honda CB450 - YouTube Video will open in a new window [isdntekvideo] Up for auction at No Reserve is this very nice classic CB450 with only 6230 original miles. It was stored for years until we acquired it and got it back on the road. We had the gas tank professionally seal coated and the carbs were gone through by a top Honda tuner. A new battery was installed and now it starts at the push of a button and runs great. The transmission shifts smoothly through all the gears and the brakes work flawlessly. The chrome and the paint are very good for a bike of this age and the few cosmetic issues have been pointed out in our photos. The original exhaust is rock solid with a few minor dents. The seat has a small tear in an otherwise very nice cover. The seat pan is in great condition. The chrome on the wheels is nice but slightly faded. The tires have great tread and no dry rot although we do not know how old they are. The rear shocks are a bit spongy and probably need replaced. This bike is very nice for it’s age, if not exactly a show bike. It is  ready to ride and enjoy now. You won’t find many original bikes from this era in this nice of a condition.  The VIN on the frame is CB450-4113606 and the engine is CB450E-4113485. I have a clear PA title in my name ready to transfer to the new owner.
