This car is a project started several years ago. The original TR-7 4 cylinder was shot, so we replaced it with Buick 4.1 V-6 and 2004R transmission from a 1984 "donor" car. The engine was rebuilt with new rings, valves, bearings, gaskets, etc. The transmission was serviced. Many new or used performance parts were added, B&M shifter, torque converter lockout, new seats, fuel cell, gauges, alum radiator, electric cooling fan, transmission cooler, alloy wheels, new tires, ball joints, urethane bushings, etc,. The frame for the top has been removed but we have it. This would be a good project for someone to finish and enjoy. The car is a "driver" and could be enjoyed while completing. The car has been driven to work every couple of months and to a couple of "cruise" nights.
