I have been told many things about it from it is just a sensor located on the bottom side of the transmission to it needs a new transmission. The SUV will not go into reverse most of the time. It has a very strong engine with no problems. However, it has been sitting for over a year and the battery is now dead and when jumped it now does not want to start. I have been told the fuel pump maybe locked up to just tap it to free it up. I do not even know where the fuel pump is and that was the last straw…. I decided to sell it. If you are a mechanic and know something about the mechanics of an auto and you want to fix it I think you will probably have a Great SUV once you have repaired it. You need to know it really needs new tires, a radio and a driver side mirror. However, for me the cost of paying the dealership to fix it for me makes it to expensive to keep. This is a high performance SUV it was previously used by a Police Department to patrol an airport. I hope a mechanic buys this as I really hate for it to go for parts! Please look at all the photos for a true indication of the SUV’s condition. Of course, you should come and see it for your self prior to bidding! It will not win any beauty contests as it is starting to get rust spots here and there as shown in the photos and it really needs a new paint job but I sincerely believe it will make a solid auto for someone if it is repaired instead of parted out.
