Vehicle Detail

Good:- Clear title. - Only 2 owners: I bought it at 4300 miles. - Custom red and black leather seats. - Shinka factory suspension. - Sliding sunroof. - Bose sound system. - 18 in wheels. - Factory spoiler. - Well maintained. - All recalls were completed by the Mazda dealer. - Dealer replaced engine around 93K miles. - No accidents, only parking lot fender bender (described below). See vehicle history report. Bad:Several small things: - Missing driver side sunshade – replacement available on eBay for approx. $75.* - Driver side parking light needs to be reconnected – broken wires. - Trunk 3rd brake light needs to be reconnected – broken wires.* - HID headlights slightly different colors (color temp. - replace lamps to match). - Driver side leather seat has a little boo-boo.* - Repaired front underbody plastic rain shield.* - A/C belt needs to be replaced (sometime) – belt included. Valvoline oil-change said they do it for $45 (MD). - The heater switch is intermittent - heater sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. More expensive fixes: - Clutch pedal needs welding to the firewall. Dealer offered to do the job for around $900. If you are handy with a spot welder you can DIY. Car is drivable, but clutch effort gets tedious after a while. - Damage to spoiler’s clear coat paint – you know, the standard clear coat/red paint problem.* - Slight body damage to passenger side rear wheel fender – doesn’t extend through primer.* - Coolant overflow tank sensor is bad – shows as dash indicator. This is a common problem and costs $100+ on eBay for a replacement (I just ignore it).* - Crack in passenger side console*- Recently, after the pictures were taken, the Engine Check Light - code DTC P0661: SSV solenoid valve control circuit low – comes on/stays on. I did some research – you can do the same. The most common cause is failure of one, or more, of the three vacuum solenoids (or associated wiring harness, or vacuum lines). The solenoids are located on the back of the upper intake manifold, between back of engine and firewall. Cost for each solenoid ranges from $100 to $150, supplier dependent, and replacement time should be 1 to 1.5 hours (or 2 to 3 hours for me). *Please see photos. I documented with photos everything I could. The car is sold as is. Please read description above carefully, since it is obviously a final sale. Buyer pays for all shipping costs. I will use the shipping company of your choice. Please e-mail any questions. I will respond within 24 hours. P.S. The car was driven by style_style_pro’s husband. J So, he will answer all technical questions…. And he will miss the car….
