Dodge Ram 1500 2001 Laramie 5.9 automatic transmission runs very well. A/C works good, pw, power seats, power mirrors, kenwood cd player with Bluetooth and USB port. Exterior has some scrapes and scratches. Overall good work truck. 184,000 miles Recent 2 new catalytic converters, 4 new oxygen sensors, brand new brake rotors, pads and drums, spark plugs, new shocks, serpentine belt, new battery. check engine light is on short in wiring reports oxygen sensor malfunction but all 4 oxygen sensors are new, short due to shop welding new catalytic converters onto exhaust. On way home from having catalytic converts installed check engine light came on code reflects that oxygen sensor short usually caused due to plastic wiring melting against exhaust. I took back to shop 4 times but they did not want to help me pretended they did not speak english. Always have to come back when guy speaks english is there. Truck runs great for someone whom does not need smog or can locate short in wiring should be good dependable truck. Potential buyer welcome to see if they can locate problem before purchasing. I am not a mechanic and tired of paying shops for incompetent work.
