1997 Land Rover Range Rover 4.6 HSE I've had this Rover for 3 years and used primarily to run to the hardware store and run around town. It is a 3rd vehicle for us and am only selling b/c we just bought a GL450. It has been very reliable and would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. All time 4WD. Can pull a house down in low range which works perfectly. Mechanical condition is 8/10. Exterior Condition 6/10. Interior Condition 7/10. The car has an interior swap from a 2001 Range Rover. Also recent maintenance and upgrades include: - Coil Spring Conversion from Atlantic British- Cooling System Overhaul (Radiator, thermostat & hoses)- New battery only 6 months old- New Stop Tech Brake pads front & rear- Custom Dual Exhaust w/quad tips - not loud but sounds good- Replaced rear differential due to gear whine- Rebuilt rear driveshaft with new u-joints- Replaced 4.6 HSE badge- Added trailer wiring harness- New O2 sensors- Hood repainted- Upgraded fog lights to 2001+ lights- Upgraded corner lights to clear instead of amber- Rare Mondial Wheels The bad- A/C inoperable, I've never looked into it since its not my daily. Heat works great.- Check Engine Light on, codes point to the O2 sensors, however I've replaced them and the code comes back. I am thinking it is due to the high flow cats installed and isn't reading properly. I gave up on trying to get the light off b/c it is runs well- Crack in front bumper- Some dings, paint isn't perfect but looks good waxed- Front tires could use replacing in the next 5k miles- Air bag light came on about 3 months ago Otherwise this is a pretty solid Range Rover. Relisted due to non-payment.
