I have owned the car for 5 years. The car is quite fun to drive and is very reliable. I routinely change the oil at the end of every interval. Adult-owned with NO MODIFICATIONS of any sort! The car has recently passed New York State inspection. The car does need a little cosmetic TLC, but is very reliable and runs and drives perfectly. I responsibly placed the "Buy it Now," price $500 BELOW book value!!! The Good: Reliable Interior is in good condition with the expection of some slight color fade to the side bolsters. NEW Clutch professionally installed only 2 months ago. Transmission fluid flushed when clutch was replaced. Cooling System professionally flushed 2 months ago NEW front brake pads professionally installed only 2 months ago. Comes with a set of OEM all-season floor mats that I purchased shortly after purcasing the vehicle and used for the length of ownership, so the normal OEM fabric mats shown in the photos are in great conditiion. NEW accessory belt professionally installed a little under a year ago. NEW tail light seals professionally installed about 2 years ago. The Imperfections: The car has developed a sputter at certain RPMs. This is common on RSXs, especially the non-Type-S models. The sputtering does not affect the drivability nor reliability of the car. Water damage to trunk. As you can see from the photos there is some water damage to the trunk. Water leaked into my trunk unnoticed for some time and caused some rust to form at the bottom of the spare tire well. I temporarily patched the rust spot. A few drops of water after a heavy rain storm still get into the trunk, but usually evaporates before causing any further damage. Small rust spot formed above the rear passenger side fender. (see photos below) A few scratches and small dents on the body. A normal amount for a 11 year old vehicle.
